ERTA has numerous meetings and events and are always looking for speakers on related campaigns, projects or themes around the better public transport, environment and people-planning spheres as well as successes, projects and related tips on how to raise the game of advancing towards delivery of projects great and small. If you would like to explore being a speaker you must accept:

1. You bring your own equipment if giving an illustrated talk including screen, extension lead, PowerPoint or other you may use.

2. You are responsible for your talk and equipment.

3. Venues are flexible but Bedford, Northampton, Rugby and one or two other locations are convenient by mutual negotiation.

4. You cover your own costs except in pre-agreed exceptional circumstances and even then we can only manage very modest contributions.

5. You are welcome to our forums to get to know people or can meet specifically.

6. Helping to spread the word is to mutual advantage

7. You can bring literature and if you like can sell any related report or book to promote your cause if we agree with it e.g. reopening a local rail link or protecting a route for a rail project.

For further details or help to identify lead persons please contact prior to meeting in advance: Mr Simon Barber: T 020 8940 4399 E simon4barber@gmail.com

Everyone is expected to pay for their own food and drink and be responsible for their own transport arrangements.ERTA shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury however informed
